All products sold on this website are made on demand and/or personalized fine art prints. Each print is produced specifically for the customer and includes the artist's signature and a certificate of authenticity in the customer's name. Due to this personalization, returns under the 14-day cooling-off period may not apply. This policy complies with the EU Consumer Rights Directive for customized goods.

3. Pricing and Currency

All prices are listed in EUR (€). We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice. However, any price changes will not affect orders that have already been placed and confirmed.

4. Custom Duties and Taxes

Please note that custom duties, taxes, or import fees may apply depending on your location. These charges are not included in the purchase price and will be the sole responsibility of the buyer.

5. Shipping and Delivery

We ship worldwide. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination.

• Estimated delivery time: 5 to 20 business days depending on the buyer's location.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance, postal services, or unforeseen circumstances.

6. Returns and Refunds

Due to the nature of our products, returns and refunds are not accepted for personalized fine art prints, including those with the artist’s signature and certificates of authenticity.

In cases of defective or incorrect items, please contact us at contact@mehdi-elt.com within 7 days of receiving your order. We will evaluate the issue and provide a replacement if necessary.

7. Order Processing

Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled due to the custom nature of our products. Please review your order carefully before confirming your purchase.
